Need healthy-ish recipes to start off the new year? I’ve got four weeks of dinner, sides and dessert ideas just for you in our January Monthly Meal Plan!

And just like that – it’s 2019! Are you excited to start a new year of healthier eating?

I am believer in menu planning and thus sharing tips and tricks that makes life easy. 

There are 4 weeks of menus below. Each week has 6 main dishes, 2 sides, and 1 dessert. Feel free to switch weeks or recipes as fit your lifestyle, wants, and budget.

All these recipes are for here to inspire on prepare your meal quicker and easier as well as eating better on a budget.

I check all the ingredients and recipes that are quick, gluten free, Vegan, Keto, Paleo, or Whole30 are marked. I have also marked recipes that use a slow cooker or instant pot or are made using only one pot/pan.
