Milkshake de Açaí

Receita refrescante de Milkshake de Açaí.
Servings 4 copos médios

Ingredients

Ingredientes:

  • 4 bolas de sorvete de Açaí ou a medida equivalente de polpa de fruta de açaí congelado
  • 1 copo de leite para uma versão light use leite magro
  • 1 banana grande descascada
  • 4 morangos grandes lavados e folhas retiradas
  • ¼ copo de blueberry lavada
  • ¼ copo de framboesa lavada
  • ¼ copo de açúcar ou adoçante para uma versão light
  • 2 colheres de sopa de germen de trigo se desejar (omita para uma versão sem glúten)

Instructions

Modo de Preparo:

  • Bata bem no liquidificador o sorvete, o leite, o açúcar, as frutas, e o gérmen de trigo (opcional). Despeje o milkshake de açaí em copos médios e sirva!
