Calda de Ameixa:

Receita de manjar branco ou manjar de coco servido com calda de ameixa (ou se preferir, com calda de chocolate ou frutas vermelhas).

Ingredients

Ingredientes:

  • 150 g de ameixa preta
  • 1-½ xícara de açúcar
  • 1 pau de canela
  • 4 cravos da índia
  • 1 pitada de noz-moscada moída

Instructions

Modo de Preparo:

  • Misture o açúcar, as ameixas, a canela, os cravos, e a noz-moscada com a água. Leve ao fogo médio-alto até levantar fervura. Depois, reduza o fogo para médio-baixo e deixe cozinhar por cerca de 10 minutos. Retire a canela e os cravos. Sirva a calda fria com o manjar branco.
