Calda de Chocolate:

Receita de manjar branco ou manjar de coco servido com calda de ameixa (ou se preferir, com calda de chocolate ou frutas vermelhas).

Ingredients

Ingredientes:

  • ½ xícara de água
  • ½ xícara de açúcar
  • ¼ xícara de mel Karo
  • xícara de chocolate em pó
  • 25 gramas de chocolate meio-amargo picado

Instructions

Modo de Preparo:

  • Em uma panela média, misture bem todos os ingredientes, exceto o chocolate picado. Deixe levantar fervura sobre fogo médio. Retire do fogo e misture o chocolate picado até que fique completamente derretido.
  • Deixe esfriar por algumas horas para a calda engrossar e poder ser servida à temperatura ambiente.

OBS: Rendimento: 1-¼  xícaras
A calda pode ser guardada na geladeira, tampada, por até 10 dias. Neste caso, antes de servir, esquente e depois deixe esfriar à temperatura ambiente.
