Sanduíche Natural de Frango

Ingredientes:

  • ¾  xícara de chá de frango desfiado
  • xícara de chá de maionese light ou iogurte natural
  • 2 colheres de sopa de ketchup opcional
  • 1 colher de chá de suco de limão
  • ½ xícara de chá de cenoura ralada
  • ¼ xícara de chá de passas
  • 1 pitada de sal
  • 1 pitada de pimenta moída
  • 4 fatias de pão integral

Instructions

Modo de Preparo:

  • Misture o frango desfiado com a maionese, o ketchup, o suco de limão, cenoura, passas, o sal e a pimenta.
  • Passe metade do recheio numa fatia de pão e feche o sanduíche com a outra fatia. Faça o mesmo com o outro sanduíche. Embale em filme plástico e refrigere por pelo menos 40 minutos. Sirva com frutas frescas e limonada gelada.
