Para preparar esse mousse de goiaba e limão, bata bem no liquidificador todos os ingredientes até obter uma mistura cremosa. Passe a mistura batida pela peneira para separar o creme das sementes da goiaba.
Despeje o creme num pirex pequeno ou em tacinhas individuais, cubra e refrigere por pelo menos 4 horas.
Antes de servir, se desejar, despeje um pouco de calda de frutas vermelhas por cima.
