Vitamina de Cheesecake de Abacaxi com Coco

Ingredients

Ingredientes:

  • 1 e ¼ copos americanos de iogurte de baunilha eu usei um iogurte light
  • 1 e ¼ copos americanos de leite de coco light
  • 2 a 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar (ou adoçante em pó à gosto)
  • 57 gramas de cream cheese à temperatura ambiente eu usei cream cheese light
  • 3 copos americanos de abacaxi picado congelado

Instructions

Modo de Preparo:

  • Para preparar essa vitamina de cheesecake de abacaxi com coco no liquidificador, bata bem todos os ingredientes até obter uma mistura cremosa e homogênea. Sirva imediatamente com bolachas maizena ou bolachas doces de canela inteiras ou picadas.
