– Almond Flour – Brown Sugar or allulose – Apple Pie Spice – Sugar – Unsalted Butter – Cream Cheese

Ingredients

Instructions

Make the almond flour crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until barely golden.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and allulose on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Decrease the speed to low and add the xanthan gum. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating just until combined. Pour the cheesecake batter.

As the cheesecake bakes, prepare the topping. Cook apple slices in a skillet with a mixture of butter, apple cider, brown sugar and spices.

Uncover, stir in Greek yogurt, and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
