Let's Make Keto Mac and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 425° F (220° C). Pat dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel and season them on both sides.

Step 1

Heat oil in a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken thighs skin side down for 3-4 minutes or until browned.
