Using a mortar and pestle, smash garlic with salt, forming a paste. Add basil leaves and keep smashing. Lastly add the arrabiatta sauce.

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, 6 thinly sliced basil leaves, a pinch of salt and pepper. 

Toast the slices of bread in a skillet and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil on both sides.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Meanwhile, assemble the pizza toasts.
