Prep your beef tenderloin by trimming excess fat and silver skin.

Coat the trimmed beef tenderloin with olive oil.

Combine the Creole seasoning ingredients, and generously apply the seasoning to the tenderloin.

Refrigerate for for 2-3 hours. Then, tie it off every 1” to 1 ½” to help the tenderloin maintain its shape.
