Better-than-Takeout Chicken Wonton Stir-Fry Power Bowl

Better-Than-Takeout Chicken Wonton Stir-Fry Power Bowl can be made in a jiffy with store-bought stir-fried chicken wontons and assorted vegetables, and a 3-minute microwavable Korean chicken, rice, and quinoa bowl. It's the perfect weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tablespoon peanut oil or vegetable oil, divided
  • 30 Bibigo Mini Wontons Chicken and Vegetable
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh assorted vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli)
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 Bibigo Bibimbap Gochujang Chicken (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large no stick wok or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat and cook wontons for about 5 minutes, tossing occasionally. Transfer to a plate using a slotted spoon.
  • Add remaining oil and cook the assorted vegetables for about 4 minutes or until fully cooked. Return wontons to the wok/skillet and toss all with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha if desired.
  • Place in 2 separate serving bowls. 
  • Alternatively, microwave the single serving Bibigo Bibimbap Gochujang Chicken for 3 minutes and divide the portion between the 2 bowls. Enjoy!
