Para preparar a Pizza à Portuguesa, pré-aqueça o forno a 220º C (ou à temperatura indicada na embalagem da massa de pizza). Forre uma forma redonda grande com papel manteiga.
Pincele o disco de pizza com azeite, se desejar (isso fará a massa mais crocante). Espalhe o molho de tomate por cima e, em seguida, distribua o queijo em tirinhas. Arrume as fatias de presunto no centro da pizza bem como as fatias de lingüiça (opcional), tomate e cebola.
Fatie em rodelas um dos ovos cozidos e reserve para decorar a pizza quando sair do forno. Pique a gema do outro ovo cozido e salpique no centro da pizza. Decore com azeitonas pretas, polvilhe o orégano fresco e tempere com sal e pimenta.
Asse por cerca de 10 minutos (ou pelo tempo indicado na embalagem da massa de pizza), retire do forno e decore com as rodelas de ovo cozido. Regue a Pizza à Portuguesa com um fio de azeite de oliva, se desejar. Bom Apetite!!!!!!
