Eggless Avocado Mousse (Mousse de Abacate)

An eggless, super creamy, and refreshing ASAP dessert!

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz or 396 g
  • 3 small avocados I like to use Avocados From Mexico
  • Freshly squeezed juice of 2 limes
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons chopped roasted pistachios for garnishing (optional)
  • NOTE: Pistachios are not usually used as a garnish for avocado mousse in Brazil. It reflects my personal touch for the recipe. You can garnish yours as desired.


  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients together, except the pistachios, until obtaining a lump-free, homogeneous, creamy mixture. Spoon mixture into 4 ramekins, layering evenly. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. Right before serving, sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios on top of each avocado mousse and serve. Enjoy!
