Avocado Mousse Recipe (Eggless/No Cook)

Avocado mousse is a no-cook, eggless, 4-ingredient dessert made in 5 minutes with ripe avocado, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and sugar. It’s smooth, creamy, and refreshing, making the perfect treat to satisfy cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz sweetened condensed milk 14 oz or 396 g can
  • 4 small avocados or 2 large
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachio (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend all the ingredients together, except the pistachios, until obtaining a lump-free, homogeneous, creamy mixture.
  • Pour avocado mixture into 4 ramekins, layering evenly. Place in the refrigerator for at least 45-60 minutes up to 2 hours. Right before serving, distribute evenly the chopped pistachios on top of each avocado mousse and serve. Enjoy!

Can you make avocado mousse ahead of time?
This is one of those perfect desserts to make ahead of time. Just keep it covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
When ready to serve, simply add the toppings such as chopped pistachios, berries, or whipped cream.

To make this dessert keto-friendly, use canned coconut milk instead of sweetened condensed milk and monk fruit instead of sugar.
Is this avocado mousse recipe vegan?
You can easily adapt it to your vegan diet. Just replace sweetened condensed milk with canned coconut milk and granulated sugar with coconut sugar.
