Modo de Preparo:
Separe as folhas do bredo, lave bem e escalde para tirar o visgo. Escorra e separe.
Em uma panela sobre fogo meio-alto, refogue a cebola no óleo até que fique translúcida. Baixe o fogo para médio, acrescente os tomates e alho, refogue for 1 minuto.
Acrescente o bredo e refogue. Em seguida, adicione o leite de coco, sal, pimenta, e caldo de galinha ou cuminho. Misture bem. Deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos e fogo baixo. Sirva.
* Para a versão vegetariana, omita o caldo de galinha e acrescente um pouco mais de sal.
