    Or 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Avocados

  • 1


  • 1/4 cup

    Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk

  • 1/3 cup


    (Light or Regular)

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp

    red pepper flakes

    (Or A Good Pinch of Ground Black Pepper)

  • 1 1/2 tsp

    garlic powder


  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and then blend for 20-30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl. Either serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.

  2. Serve with Crudité Veggies (such as Celery Sticks, Mini Bell Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, or Sliced Cucumbers) or serve with Tortilla Chips. Enjoy!
