Back to school? No worries! We’ve got you covered! This Savory Grab and Go Creamy Avocado Dip makes for a quick and delicious after school snack. And you know what? It’s prepared in just 1 minute with only 7 ingredients. And there is no cooking involved!

I can just see the smile on your face!

All this dip needs is avocado, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mayo, lime juice and Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk.

Ingredients to prepare creamy avocado dip

All of the ingredients, including Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk, are conveniently available at Walmart.

ABOUT CARNATION MILKS

Carnation Milks are a versatile ingredient that add rich taste and creamy texture like no other milk due to their lower amounts of water. This makes them perfect for cooking and baking.

They not only go well in desserts, as you may already know, but they are also perfect in savory dishes like our avocado dip and more: soups, stews, dressings, sauces, pastas, etc.

But that’s not all! Carnation’s re-closable Tetra Packs provide added convenience. They can be refrigerated for up to 10 days and, of course, reused for multiple cooking occasions.

As you can see, Carnation now provides several dairy alternative options, including lactose-free, dairy-free, plant-based, gluten-free, organic and almond cooking milk. How cool, right?!

ABOUT NESTLÉ® CARNATION® LACTOSE-FREE EVAPORATED MILK

Are you lactose-intolerant? Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk would be a perfect option for you!

Just imagine making all your sweet and savory recipes richer and creamier with Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk– all without worries.

Best of all, it’s from Nestlé a brand that has been a trusted partner in American and Latin kitchens for 120 years.

In addition, it has a fresh taste and minimal protein breakdown, thanks to a clever filtration technique. It’s a milk that is easily digestible, whether you are lactose-intolerant or not.

Storage is not an issue either! Just reclose and store in the fridge for up to 10 days.

You can find Carnation in Walmart’s baking aisle, available in 11 oz. Tetra Packs.

Now grab one and let’s go make the best Avocado Dip recipe ever, together! Shall we?

OTHER GRAB AND GO AFTER SCHOOL SNACK IDEAS

After making our Avocado Dip, you will end up with some leftover milk. But no worries! Here are a few ideas on how to use leftovers for quick and delicious snack meals.

One great option is to make smoothies or smoothie bowls. Blend frozen fruits, such as mixed berries, along with your sweetener of choice and just enough of the Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk for your desired consistency.

And voila! You can enjoy your smoothie right away or refrigerate for later.

Or, use the leftover milk as a coffee creamer, to make ice pops, hot or iced chocolate milk, quick puddings (by blending pudding mix with the extra milk), or prepare more sweet or savory dips. Easy peasy!

All of these things can be made in the blink of an eye and enjoyed at home or wherever you go. It’s that simple… really!
