- 2 lbs chicken thighs Boneless, Skinless
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Hot Honey Sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

Add the olive oil to the chicken thighs.

Mix in all the dry spices to season - paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Arrange chicken (if using thighs with skin - skin-side up) on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
In a small saucepan, combine honey, butter, red pepper flakes, and vinegar over low heat.
¼ cup Honey, 1½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes, 1 Tablespoon Butter, 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Brush the hot honey glaze over the chicken.
Return to the oven and finish cooking on broil for 2-3 min.
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
