Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs Boneless, Skinless
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Hot Honey Sauce

  • ¼ cup Honey
  • teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

  • Add the olive oil to the chicken thighs.

  • Mix in all the dry spices to season - paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Arrange chicken (if using thighs with skin - skin-side up) on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • In a small saucepan, combine honey, butter, red pepper flakes, and vinegar over low heat.

  • Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

  • Brush the hot honey glaze over the chicken.

  • Return to the oven and finish cooking on broil for 2-3 min.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
