Bolo de Fubá com Coco

Ingredients

Ingredientes:

  • 2 copos americanos de leite
  • 2 ovos grandes
  • 1 e 1/2 copos americanos de açúcar
  • 1 colher de sopa de manteiga derretida
  • 1/4 copo americano de amido de milho
  • 1/2 copo americano de fubá
  • 1-1/2 colher de sopa de farinha de trigo
  • 1/4 copo americano  de queijo ralado
  • 3/4 copo americano  de coco ralado
  • 1/2 colher de sopa de fermento em pó

Instructions

Modo de Preparo:

  • Pré-aqueca o forno a 180º C.
  • Unte e polvilhe uma forma redonda média. Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador. Despeje a massa na forma e asse por 45 a 50 minutos (na metade desse tempo, ponha uma folha de papel alumínio no topo sem apertar as bordas. Dessa maneira, o topo do bolo não ficará escuro ou tostado).
  • Deixe esfriar um pouco e ponha num prato quando estiver levemente morno.
  • Sirva o bolo de fubá com coco decorado com coco ralado no topo ou polvilhado com açúcar de confeiteiro
