Chocolate Sauce

Servings 1 cup


  • 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


  • Place the chocolate into a medium glass bowl. Reserve.
  • Heat the cream in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
  • Pour over the chocolate, and whisk until smooth.
