Creamy Avocado Dip
How to make an Avocado Dip recipe in 90 seconds that is super creamy and makes the perfect grab and go after school snack year round. It’s lactose-free, gluten-free, low carb, keto and vegetarian.

Or 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Avocados
- 1/4 cup
Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk
- 1/3 cup
(Light or Regular)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp
red pepper flakes
(Or A Good Pinch of Ground Black Pepper)
- 1 1/2 tsp
Place all the ingredients in the blender and then blend for 20-30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl. Either serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
Serve with Crudité Veggies (such as Celery Sticks, Mini Bell Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, or Sliced Cucumbers) or serve with Tortilla Chips. Enjoy!
Store Creamy Avocado Dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day. Mix well before serving. Freezing may alter its consistency and will darken the color of the dip.
