Creamy Avocado Dip

    fresh avocados

    Or 1 ½ Cups Frozen Avocados

  • 1

    lime,

    juiced
  • ¼ cup

    Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk

  • cup

    mayonnaise

    (Light or Regular)

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon

    red pepper flakes

    (Or A Good Pinch of Ground Black Pepper)

  • 1 ½ teaspoon

    garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender and then blend for 20-30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl. Either serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
  • Serve with Crudité Veggies (such as Celery Sticks, Mini Bell Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, or Sliced Cucumbers) or serve with Tortilla Chips. Enjoy!

  • Store Creamy Avocado Dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day. Mix well before serving. Freezing may alter its consistency and will darken the color of the dip.
