    Our Story

    Chef Denise Browning, the culinary mastermind behind Easy and Delish®, is a seasoned culinary professional with over 18 years of experience. Originally from Brazil, she relocated to the U.S. after marrying an American doctor and honed her skills at the prestigious California Culinary Academy.

    Denise blends her professional culinary training with a deep passion for nutrition and healthy living, offering affordable, easy-to-make global recipes with a healthy twist. As a PCOS survivor, she emphasizes nutritious meals that cater to various diets, including gluten-free, low-carb, and high-protein which are part of her large recipe index.

    Denise's expertise has made her a trusted contributor to renowned platforms like Food Network, Parade, Taste of Home, and Honest Cooking along with partnering with major national and international food brands.
