Better-Than-Takeout Chicken Wonton Stir-Fry Power Bowl can be made in 20 minutes with store-bought stir-fried chicken wontons and assorted vegetables, and a 3-minute microwavable Korean chicken, rice, and quinoa bowl. It's the perfect weeknight meal!

a bowl of chicken wontons with veggies

Don't you love meals that are nutritious yet can be quickly prepared after a tiresome day? I sure do! As a buy mom and culinary professional, I have to juggle many tasks during the day. But at the end of the day, I still have to properly feed a family of 4. This Chicken Wonton Stir-Fry delivers flavor and convenience... restaurant-standard without breaking the bank.

    Yep! Check it out!

It's prepared with Bibigo Mini Wontons Chicken and Vegetable, along with assorted vegetables such as onions, carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli... all stir-fried in vegetable oil and tossed with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha if desired. Now how easy is that, right?

    Ingredients of chicken wonton stir-fry

All in all, it takes less than 10 minutes.

While preparing this, you can microwave a Single Serve Entree of chicken, quinoa, rice, and vegetables (Bibigo Bibimbap Gochujang Chicken) for about 4 minutes. Then, transfer to a larger bowl containing the chicken wonton stir-fry.

All ingredients are conveniently available in the freezer aisles of H-E-B grocery stores, including Bibigo Mini Wontons Chicken and Vegetable and the Bibigo Bibimbap Gochujang Chicken used to prepare our power bowl.

Bibigo Mini Wontons Chicken and Vegetable are bite-size mini wontons that can be pan-fried in 5 minutes... and are quite versatile since they can be used as an appetizer, in soups, as a protein boost in salads, or pan fried like we did, among other uses.

As you can see, it's perfect for easy meals. Something to enjoy and share with family and friends!

Chicken wonton stir-fry and its 2 main ingredients

Bibigo Bibimbap Gochujang Chicken is a single serve entree that contains marinated and fire-grilled chicken, vegetables (kale, zucchini, and carrots), Go-Chu-Jang sauce for a kick of heat, and also rice and red quinoa. It's microwavable and ready to eat in 3 minutes. It delivers a balance of ingredients and flavors that comes together to create a distinctively delicious product.

Both are aligned with the brand Bibigo, which comes from the Korean word to “mix,” combined with “go”. Bibigo really has an exciting line of products that are both delicious and convenient. As I said previously, its line is better-than-takeout in flavor and affordability.
