    Back to school? No worries! We’ve got you covered! This Savory Grab and Go Creamy Avocado Dip makes for a quick and delicious after school snack. And you know what? It's prepared in just 1 minute with only 7 ingredients. And there is no cooking involved!

    I can just see the smile on your face!

    All this dip needs is avocado, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mayo, lime juice and Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk.

    All of the ingredients, including Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk, are conveniently available at Walmart.

    HOW TO MAKE AVOCADO DIP

    Place all the ingredients in the blender.

    Then blend for 20-30 Seconds or until mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Transfer to a bowl. Serve right away, or cover and refrigerate for later.

    Serve with crudité veggies (such as celery sticks, mini bell peppers, grape tomatoes, or sliced cucumbers) or serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

    How to Store Avocado Dip

    Store creamy Avocado Dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day. Mix well before serving. Freezing may alter its consistency.

      fresh avocados

      Or 1 ½ Cups Frozen Avocados

    • 1

      lime,

      juiced
    • ¼ cup

      Carnation® Lactose-Free Evaporated Milk

    • ⅓ cup

      mayonnaise

      (Light or Regular)

    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ⅛ teaspoon

      red pepper flakes

      (Or A Good Pinch of Ground Black Pepper)

    • 1 ½ teaspoon

      garlic powder

    Instructions

    • Place all the ingredients in the blender and then blend for 20-30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl. Either serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
    • Serve with Crudité Veggies (such as Celery Sticks, Mini Bell Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, or Sliced Cucumbers) or serve with Tortilla Chips. Enjoy!
