Sparkling Cranberry Passion Fruit Cocktail Drink is one of the most delish mocktail recipes ever. It is perfect for Thanksgiving and other occasions!
Today is not a celebratory day for me, but despite all I took the time to make a nice, refreshing beverage -- maybe to cool down my head and calm my unsettled spirit. A fab Sparkling Cranberry-Passion Fruit Cocktail is my drink of choice!
Since Thanksgiving Day will be celebrated about two weeks from now, what better to enjoy than a beverage made with the symbolic fruit of the season: cranberries ...
Brazil and its cuisine are always in my heart,so I have added a taste of Brazil to this beverage. The flavor I chose was passion fruit - a very popular fruit in my home country.
As for a unifying flavor, I have chosen orange, which is in high demand in both countries, and particularly at this time of the year.
Although Thanksgiving is not celebrated as a holiday in Brazil, Brazilians are equally grateful for so many great things-- like for living in a democracy, as well as for all of the other blessings that have been continually poured out upon us, despite all of the circumstances that surround us, too.
I cheer with this sparkling cranberry cocktail.
I hope that you are thankful for these and many more blessings - no matter whether you live in the US, in Brazil, or any other democratic country.
Well, enjoy our Passion Fruit Cocktail, a Brazilian-American fusion beverage!!! And if you agree with me, let's look above to the One who is truly in charge...

Thanks, Terry!
I found all the ingredients easily in a local supermarket. Plus, It is something that all the family can enjoy together because there is no alcohol in it at all.

What alcohol would you recommend if I were to add some? Having a little party and would like to offer both?
Thanks
Denise Browning says
Hi Isabel! For this sparkling passion fruit cocktail champagne or a sparkling wine would go well as an alcoholic option. A fruity or sweet type one would be the ideal!
